Random Rumblings: Britney’s porn connection, Napsters final death rattle, more Microsoft “features.”

  • Is Britney looking for another career now that her record sales are down? The SundayTimes is reporting that Britney has been hanging out with porn queen Jena Jameson and digs watching lesbian movies.
  • Napster’s gone… bye bye, chapter 7. See ya.
  • MSNBC has a story up on the release of Microsoft’s beta of, Windows Media 9. My favorite part of the story has to be the last paragraph: “Separately, Microsoft said it has released a new version of its consumer operating systems, dubbed Windows XP Media Center edition, to computer makers in the U.S. and Canada. The software includes support for the use of a remote control with a personal computer, as well as features to make it more difficult to pass along copies of TV programming.” Now that’s a feature! You know you’re screwed when the words feature and difficult appear in the same sentence.
