New uses for lunch money.

InfoAnarchy is reporting that the Finnish music industry wants kindergardens to pay for singing copyright-protected songs. They’re asking the schools to pay about 20 euros per month in royalties for singing and performing copyright-protected songs. Ya just can’t make this stuff up.
