According to an article on MacCentral, the European Union presented a draft directive yesterday that solidifies its stand on on-line music sharing. The new proposal looks to punish copyright infringement for commercial purposes, but leaves the home music downloader untouched. Needless to say this move is infuriating the entertainment industry.
