I picked up the re-release of “live at the old quarter” a couple of months ago. It’s been years since I listened to that. The record is still in storage somewhere. Just truly inspiring. I’m gonna have to give that DVD a gander.
I just picked up Live At The Old Quarter a few weeks ago. I had in the past downloaded many songs from it so I was familiar with most of the material but it’s such a great collection. I actually used that package and the live at the bluebird (Townes, Guy Clark, Steve Earle) to turn a Kiss fan into a Townes fan. I thought it was quite an accomplishment.
im trying really hard to find an mp3 of steve earle’s performance of ‘darlin’ commit me’ from heartworn highways and it’s driving me nuts. i’d love to see that someone ripped the whole thing, but that song i especially want (and i don’t know how to get it off the dvd on my own). any help would be appreciated!

I got the re-release of Heartworn Highways on DVD, man the extra’s are killer!!!
