I updated this a bit. Decided to play it on a resonator.

This South Beach pizza joint moved north and opened a Fort Lauderdale location last year, and it was about time. Pizza Rustica has the best gourmet Italian pizza in
South Florida. Fresh ingredients and lots of “oddball” pizza’s fill a real niche. You can choose from ingredients such as spinach and blue cheese (my fave), portobello, shitake and porcini mushrooms, Sicilian anchovies, and sweet beef Italian sausage. And it’s the perfect place for a quick snack, especially late at night (as in early in the A.M.) as Pizza Rustica is open till 4 in the morning. Shorts and flip-flops are definitely recommended, only about 4 or 5 tables are available for eating in… if you can call it that.
One slice is enough to make a meal, making Pizza Rustica inexpensive as well. The facts: PIZZA RUSTICA 3327 E Oakland Park Blvd. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 (954) 567-2992 By the way, if you’re looking for a traditional NY style pizza in South Florida, my suggestion has to be Umberto’s of Long Island in Pompano. Just east of the Intracostal bridge on Atlantic. Go for the “Brick Oven,” you’ll feel like your back in the Village.
