Well, actually, I’m kind of addicted to craigslist in general. And if I have to pick the best spot for amusement and potential time wasting longevitity, it has to be “missed connections”. I love this one from yesterday. A reply to those “post this in 10 minutes and the person that loves you will magically call in the morning” entires from missed connections:
Duly reposted with no hope at all: Is there someone whom you love love and can’t get over? Repost this ad in the next five minutes… And absolutely nothing will happen. Tonight between 1 and 4 am they will sleep in bliss and wake up hungry for waffles or some other tasty carbohydrate. They will not remember a damn thing about you or have any romantic or even sense any disgust about you, other than the usual disgust or romantic feelings before you did post this. Good luck!
